Reshaping Connections will assist you in implementing restorative practices within your school and workplace settings.

The philosophy that provides the foundation for Restorative Practice is in holding individuals accountable for their actions within a safe and caring environment so as to enable growth and development at both the personal and the community level.

Restorative Practices assist in the search for 'just' solutions for all parties and has been proven to be effective in establishing an anti-bullying culture within school environments and resolving workplace conflict.

I have established Reshaping Connections to enable me to concentrate my energies and expertise in the implementation of Restorative Practices within the educational and workplace settings.

I will bring to your school or workplace environment the "how to" of Restorative Practices, the day to day and hands on experience of what happens when implementing Restorative Practices within your school or workplace environment. I will ensure that your staff and students have the tools that will enable you to establish and sustain a Restorative environment for your school and for the wider community.

This is an exciting journey that I have successfully implemented in my school setting, have shared with many others in the Australian Capital Territory, all states of Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the UK and I look forward to working with all those who share a philosophy that encapsulates the principle that there is a better and more positive productive way to build relationships and empower our children and staff.

I have also developed a program to promote a positive workplace culture using Restorative Practices to resolve workplace conflict. My most recent series of workshops were conducted for the ACT Department of Justice and Community Safety.
